What are some goals and/or initiatives you are excited to work on this term?: During this administration, my biggest goal is to create a more global campus. I plan on advocating for international career fairs that will contain internship opportunities abroad, for both domestic and international students, and internship opportunities that accept OPT/CPT, for international students. Furthermore, I plan on working closely with ISAB, to hear the needs and wants of International students, and serve as a liaison between USG and the International population at Iowa. Lastly, I plan on working with the College of Business to extend the assistance given to international students, by VITA, in filing their taxes as a non-resident allien.
