In partnership with Anaman Concierge Services, the USG airport shuttle will provide both arrival and departure transportation between the Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) and Iowa City.

To ensure availability, departure reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your flight.

Anaman Concierge Services Shuttle costs $35 per rider. Student Governments will pay for $15 of this ride, costing the student $20. All riders will be charged $20 for their shuttle ride. Anaman Concierge Services will send an email to pay online before your shuttle.

 

Pick Up/Drop Off Locations:

East SideIowa Memorial Union (IMU)
West SideWest Campus Transportation Center (WCTC)

 

The shuttle will only pick up and drop off students at these locations. Students are encouraged to utilize the free Cambus and Iowa City buses to make it back to their residency. Students are welcome to tip drivers.

 

Shuttle Process: 

  1. Riders will be prompted to pay their shuttle fee over email before they utilize the shuttle. This email will be sent from Anaman Concierge Services. You must pay this at least 24 hours prior to your ride. If you cancel 24 hours or less prior to the ride pickup (or no show), you will not receive a refund.
  2. Riders will have the option to select a pickup time at 30-minute intervals. If during pick-up, the rider is not ready, the shuttle may leave without you and you will be charged a no-show fee. Students who need to utilize the shuttle outside the set hours or dates are expected to find alternate transportation. Anaman Concierge Services is not obligated to wait in excess of 10 minutes for any individual student.
  3. For arrival flights (from Eastern Iowa Airport to Iowa City), if you have already booked a pickup, be on the look-out for a follow-up email requesting information on any reservation changes. Failing to respond to that forthcoming email will result in your reservation being cancelled.
    1. Anaman Concierge Services has a designated pickup location outside of the baggage claim at the Eastern Iowa Airport. This pickup location is designated at the very end of the pickup area directly outside of the baggage claim. Please confirm with your driver that you are listed as a pickup before entering the vehicle.
  4. Please remain vigilant for any correspondence you may receive from Anaman Concierge Services prior to your departure. Be sure to check spam or junk folders for correspondence from Anaman Concierge Services

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my ride?

If you cancel 24 hours or less prior to the ride pickup (or no show), you will not receive a refund. You can cancel by emailing uishuttleservice@anamancs.com or call Anaman Concierge Services directly at (319) 359-3156

I am trying to make my reservation, but the forms say they are unavailable. What do I do?

If the reservation forms are unavailable it is likely because we are not taking reservations at this time, or because the forms are under maintenance. Reservation forms should always be open at least one week leading up to the deadline for reservations. Check back at a later date to see if the reservation form is live.

I have a very early/late flight, will I still be able to request a ride?

Potentially, if you reach out far enough in advance we may be able to accommodate you.

I submitted my reservation form, but I haven't heard back yet. What should I do?

You don't have to do anything! Once you have submitted the form your reservation is received. Once reservations have closed, Anaman Concierge Services will send out confirmations for pickups.
