Undergraduate, graduate, and professional students can apply for lodging through the Lease Gap Program.

The Graduate Hotel will provide temporary accommodations for University of Iowa students who live off-campus and may be without housing between the end of their 2024-2025 lease and the start of their 2025-2026 lease.

This summer, housing will be available from July 29 to August 4 The program offers 40 total rooms—30 for undergraduates and 10 for graduate/professional students. The total cost per room is $100, with USG covering $70 of the fee, leaving students responsible for only $30. There is a 3 night minimum to partake in the program.

Free parking is included, with ticket validation available at the front desk. A new parking ticket must be obtained each time you enter.
