Undergraduate, graduate, and professional students can apply for lodging through the Lease Gap Program.

The Graduate Hotel will provide temporary accommodations for University of Iowa students who live off-campus and may be without housing between the end of their 2024-2025 lease and the start of their 2025-2026 lease.

Each room, which comes with two queen beds and accommodates up to four occupants (all under a single application), is available with free parking. The total cost per room is $100, with USG covering $70 of the fee, leaving students responsible for only $30.
