The Deputy Chief Justice assists the Chief Justice in managing the operations of the Student Judicial Court and serves as the secondary point of contact between the Judicial Branch and other branches of USG. Additionally, the Deputy Chief Justice may preside over court sessions in the absence of the Chief Justice, assist in drafting judicial orders and opinions, and oversee internal logistics such as scheduling, training, and meeting coordination. The Deputy Chief Justice is expected to support the professional development of Justices and help maintain the integrity, efficiency, and procedural consistency of the Court.
