What are some goals and/or initiatives you are excited to work on this term?:During this administration I want to continue advocating for curved-based grading reform, specifically within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. I want to begin by creating a survey to be sent out to the student body to get their feedback on how they percieve the benefits and draw backs of curved based grades. I would hope to use specific student perspectives as well as emperical data to speak with professors and try and find a common sense common ground on reforming and or standardizing curved-based grades at Iowa. Additionally, as Speaker Pro Temp, I hope to improve the Senate by increasing out outreach to student organizations by increasing out external events and outfacing communications with the student body.
