Book Your Shuttle
In partnership with Anaman Concierge Services, the USG airport shuttle will provide both arrival and departure transportation between the Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) and Iowa City.
To ensure availability, departure reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your flight.

Anaman Concierge Services Shuttle costs $30 per rider. Student Governments will pay for $15 of this ride, costing the student $15. All riders will be charged $15 for their shuttle ride. Anaman Concierge Services will send an email to pay online before your shuttle.

The shuttle will only pick up and drop off students at these locations. Students are encouraged to utilize the free Cambus and Iowa City buses to make it back to their residency. Students are welcome to tip drivers.
Shuttle Process:
- Riders will receive an email from Anaman Concierge Services to pay their shuttle fee. Payment must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled ride. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Shuttles run from 3:00–3:30 a.m. to 12:00–12:30 a.m. Pickup times occur in 30-minute intervals (e.g., 3:00/3:30, 4:00/4:30). Please be ready and waiting at the top of the hour—drivers will not wait more than 10 minutes, and missed pickups will result in a no-show fee.
- For arrivals at the Eastern Iowa Airport (CID), look for a follow-up email to confirm flight or reservation updates. Failure to respond may cancel your booking. The designated pickup area is at the end of the baggage claim zone—confirm with your driver before entering the vehicle and answer driver calls for coordination.
- Students must read their confirmation email in full, use their University of Iowa email address, and complete the form entirely. Check your spam or junk folder for messages from Anaman Concierge Services before departure.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my ride?
If you cancel 24 hours or less prior to the ride pickup (or no show), you will not receive a refund. You can cancel by emailing uishuttleservice@anamancs.com or call Anaman Concierge Services directly at (319) 359-3156.
I am trying to make my reservation, but the forms say they are unavailable. What do I do?
If the reservation forms are unavailable it is likely because we are not taking reservations at this time, or because the forms are under maintenance. Reservation forms should always be open at least one week leading up to the deadline for reservations. Check back at a later date to see if the reservation form is live.
I have a very early/late flight, will I still be able to request a ride?
Potentially, if you reach out far enough in advance we may be able to accommodate you.
I submitted my reservation form, but I haven't heard back yet. What should I do?
You don't have to do anything! Once you have submitted the form your reservation is received. Once reservations have closed, Anaman Concierge Services will send out confirmations for pickups.
