The Undergraduate Student Government has officially confirmed 21 new At-Large Senators to serve for the remainder of the 2025–2026 academic year.
Following an extensive application and interview process led by the Internal Affairs Committee, these students were selected from a pool of 72 applicants. The process included application scoring, interviews with 42 candidates, and careful deliberation to determine the final appointments. In addition to the 21 confirmed senators, 15 applicants were placed on a waitlist to fill any future vacancies.
This year’s selection ensures that at least seven seats are held by first-year students, fulfilling USG’s commitment to representing the full spectrum of the undergraduate population. The appointments were confirmed by the Senate and the individuals were sworn in immediately as acting At-Large Senators.
The newly appointed senators are:
Addison Happ, Swaroop Panda, Thomas Lehmkuhl, Grant Gehring, Lana McKinney, Kathit Patel, Hayden Fay-Brandt, Brian Li, Eden Coy, Landon Kort, Olivia Kathikar, Nhelia Alemo, Louis Dew, Letticia Kalara, Lucas Ralston, Matthew Kaczor, Maria Jose Blanco Aria, Maya Kellerman, Susan Li, Emma Lehmann, and Georgianna Bohnet
USG extends its sincere thanks to the Internal Affairs Committee for their time, effort, and dedication throughout the appointment process.
