If you cancel 24 hours or less prior to the ride pickup (or no show), you will not receive a refund. You can cancel by emailing uishuttleservice@anamancs.com or call Anaman Concierge Services directly at (319) 359-3156.
If the reservation forms are unavailable it is likely because we are not taking reservations at this time, or because the forms are under maintenance. Reservation forms should always be open at least one week leading up to the deadline for reservations. Check back at a later date to see if the reservation form is live.
Potentially, if you reach out far enough in advance we may be able to accommodate you.
Yes! To make any changes to your reservation email uishuttleservice@anamancs.com at least 24 hours in advance.
At this time, we can only offer the dates listed on our website. Students traveling outside of these dates are encouraged to use other services in the area to travel to Iowa City or utilize Anaman Concierge Services at their regular prices.
Any enrolled University of Iowa student may use this shuttle service. This service is funded by revenue collected from the Student Activities Fee by both Student Governments (USG & GPSG).
You don't have to do anything! Once you have submitted the form your reservation is received. Once reservations have closed, Anaman Concierge Services will send out confirmations for pickups.
