Case Complaint Ruling
001 The Respondent was accused by the Complainant of violating the early campaigning clause of the elections code. After the Elections Complaint Board hearing the Respondent was given a warning for early campaigning violations and the early campaigning clause was clarified with them. 
002 The Respondent was accused by the Complainant of violating the early campaigning clause of the elections code. After the Elections Complaint Board hearing the Respondent was given a warning for early campaigning violations and the early campaigning clause was clarified with them.
003 The Respondent was accused by the Complainant of harassment of another individual under the definition of harassment given in the code. After the Elections Complaint Board hearing the Respondent was given a warning for harassment violations and the harassment definition was clarified with them and they were informed that no form of harassment is acceptable in any USG related activity.
004 The Respondent was accused by the Complainant of violating the early campaigning clause of the elections code. After the Elections Complaint Board hearing the Respondent was given 5 demerits for committing an early campaigning violation and the reasoning behind that decision was clarified and explained to both parties involved.
