The Tenants' Project has partnered with Apartments Downtown to create the Tenants' Project Complaint Process for people renting from Apartments Downtown. 

For routine repairs and maintenance, students should first fill out an online service request at https://www.aptsdowntown.com/icm-sce.php.

If the problem is not fixed, students can fill out the complaint Tenants' ProjectComplaint Form here: 

http://www.tenantlandlordprojectresolution.com/.

The landlord has 10 business days after the form is submitted to resolve the complaint. Additional issues tenants can use the complaint form for include if the unit/house is unclean on move-in, security deposit deductions, repair problems, breaking of the lease, and bedbugs and other pests. Students are also highly encouraged to take pictures if it applicable to the complaint, as they can be used as evidence if needed.
