Fall 2015 Supplemental Deadline is September 11

This fall’s Supplemental I funding deadline will be September 11, 2015 at 5:00 PM.

To submit a budget on behalf of your organization, it is important to follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your student organization’s OrgSync account
  2. Navigate to “More” on the ribbon and click Treasury
  3. Click manage budget, followed by clicking New Budget (Please make sure you are creating a new budget in FY16 Supplemental Period 1)
  4. Please examine the University of Iowa Student Government’s Maximum Funding Standards to get a good idea of what can be funded during the Supplemental periods
  5. Once all of your budget line items are requested, please submit before the deadline. All submissions after the 5:00 PM deadline will be discarded.

Besides Supplemental I Funding, The University of Iowa Student Government is pleased to announce another opportunity this fall for additional funding. We are able to now fund travel and equipment purchase through the Travel and Equipment Application (TEA). The Deadline for submitting a TEA application will be September 11, 2015 at 5:00 PM.

The purpose of the UISG Travel and Equipment Application (TEA) is to subsidize university registered student organizations for travel and equipment outside regular SABAC funding periods. For additional information about what TEA is, please visit the information page.

  1. To apply for this opportunity, it is important to follow these steps:
  2. Log on to OrgSync and navigate to CSIL’s page
  3. Click forms
  4. Search for “Travel & Equipment Application Request-Fall 2015”
  5. Fill out the form as necessary and click submit when finished
