Last week, Hurricane Harvey, a Category 4 hurricane made landfall over Texas causing catastrophic flooding and damage in Houston, Galveston, and Corpus Christi. This week we have continued to see the damage expand to areas in Louisiana.
UISG Response to DACA Termination

Dear University of Iowa Students, Today, it was announced that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program will be terminated in six months. The termination of DACA will revoke the documentation of nearly 800,000 students, many of whom study and work in universities and colleges across the nation.

There are five seats reserved for incoming first-years and five seats reserved for students who have been at Iowa for at least one semester.
CAMBUS expands academic weekend service hours

The mix of fixed-route services will now operate between 8:30 a. m. and 1:00 a. m. Route schedules are available online at https://transportation. uiowa. edu/schedules.
